Indianapolis Attractions
Many people have indicated that they are either coming into town early or staying through Sunday, and have asked for suggestions on what to do in downtown Indianapolis. Therefore, we have composed this list of suggested places that we both enjoy.
Attractions:
Indianapolis Zoo
Children's Museum
Indianapolis Museum of Art
Lucas Oil Stadium
Restaurants:
Scotty's Brewhouse- Our favorite as it was started at Ball State by a BSU graduate. They have a large menu, and kids are welcome. Located at: 1 Virginia Avenue
Bourbon Street Distillery- Small little restaurant that features Cajun-style menu items (they have sandwiches as well). On nice days, go upstairs to the patio to sit and enjoy the weather! Kids are not allowed. Located at: 361 Indiana Avenue
Cafe Patachou- This is a great breakfast establishment! Highly recommend. Located on the corner of Capitol and Washington.
Le Peep- This place also has a wonderful breakfast that we would recommend! Located at: 301 N Illinois Street
