Hotel Accommodations
In hopes of accommodating all of our guests, we have blocked rooms at two local Indianapolis hotels. We are asking all guests to reserve their rooms at their earliest convenience as the special price and rooms are only being held until September 25, 2011. You will have to give a credit card number to hold the room, but will not be charged until the weekend of the wedding. Also, if something were to change, you can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours in advance of the reservation. If you have any questions, please contact either Adam or Heather.
Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis
The Hilton Garden Inn is located within walking distance (4-5) blocks of the Indiana Statehouse which is where our wedding ceremony will be taking place.
The rates for rooms are as follows:
$100/night for standard rooms with either 2 double beds or 1 King bed
$150/night for suite which can include either 2 Queen beds or 1 King bed. In addition, there is an extra sitting room which has a fold out sofa for sleeping.
Parking fees for this facility:
Self-Parking is available for $14/car/night through the hotel. Please park at the hotel's Market Street entrance to check-in and get instructions from the Front Desk staff.
Valet parking is available for $22/car/night through the hotel. You may valet your car at the hotel's Market Street entrance.
Both parking options include unlimited in and out privileges during your stay.

Omni Severin Hotel
The Omni is also located downtown Indianapolis and is also within walking distance (3-4 blocks) from the Indiana Statehouse which is where the ceremony will take place.

$129/night for standard room which includes either 2 double beds or 1 King bed.
We did not reserve suites here, but they are available. If interested, contact either the Omni directly or either Adam or Heather.
